Our Research Group members Assoc. Prof. Dr. Veysel Alcan and Dr. Fatma Kübra ÇEKOK attended the third steering committee and working groups meeting of the project named "C20104 - Network on Evidence-Based Physical Activity in Old Age (PhysAgeNet)" which is among the COST actions of the European Cooperaiton in Science and Technology - Association (COST) held in Riga, the capital of Latvia. The meeting discussed studies on solutions that will promote evidence-based research and physical activity practices in older adults to improve health and reduce the burden of inactivity in aging populations, and increase the integration of innovative Information Communication Technologies (ICT) solutions based on open data consolidated research information.
